The interview process was very easy going. I first met with the office manager and CMA team lead. And then the team lead walked me around the whole office to meet everyone and interview with the doctor that I would be working with.

Easy and as long as you know your basic Medical knowledge, you are hired. Further, the test your Clinical knowledge by asking verbal Medical questions. But it is wee worth it when you're dealing with people lives.
