Quite easy, the first interview was an informal chat and the second round interview they gave me a brief which I had to present. However, they did not end up hiring anyone as they decided to internally reconfigure things - it was a huge waste of time and stress. As well, they did not reach out to tell me this news for a week after, so I was stuck wondering what had happened (even when I reached out and got no response). They asked if they could keep me on file if the role comes up again as they did really like me, I said sure but I have an offer on the way from another company which they then said they were sorry to miss out on me. This whole process really away frustrating and not worth it.
