They were not able to describe the position or its level. I met with 3 different people who described the job completely differently.
They sent me a test that has nothing to do with Project Management, it was a Head of retention test a 100%, which was pretty easy though. They are just fishing for high profiles to get ideas during the interview process but are willing to pay only junior salaries.
