Applied through recruiting agency. Process was quite long. First there was online SHL assessment. Then Tenaris on site assessment ( similar to SHL) followed by two group business cases.
The last step was one to one interview. The last thing in recruitment process was skype interview with line managers, general FIT interview

First case was about island with bunch of economic problems. The goal was to allocate limited available resources to invest on local population's development. Second case was more industry related. It was about supply chain issue encountered by Tenaris in Canada.

In the final stage, they asked basic questions and working preferences and seemed not really interested in the answer and more likely driven by subjectivity
There's an online interview where you use a platform to answer questions. You read each question briefly and get 2 minutes to answer. I'm new to this interview style, and it's quite interesting.
