It was a fairly standard interview process for a staff engineer position. It started with a technical phone screen. Following the screening were two more in depth technical interviews, one was a live coding question the other one for system design and architecture.

The interview experience was positive overall. The team was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. They asked thoughtful, role-specific questions and were genuinely open to addressing all of mine at the end.
