2 hiring managers panel was present and the meeting was virtual. It would normally last around 30 minutes to 45 minutes. It is mainly behavioural nothing much technical apart from the case study which can go in depth.

Tell me about a time you had to form a professional relationship.
The assessment stage is fairly comprehensive for a graduate role. You will be asked to outline your skills and experience, and relate them to the the role and your suitability. You will then complete a series of short coding tasks in a language of your choosing from a selection. Finally you will complete an aptitude assessment (literacy, numeracy). Not a difficult process, but time consuming. Set aside at least a couple of hours.
