Complete waste of time. You're given 2 weeks to implement a complex tool that entire companies have been started with. Mine was implement docker. They give a short spec doc and set you up with a 30 minute call with a manager beforehand for any questions. They then pull you into a slack channel and tell you to have a conversation and learn about the company. Nobody talks in the chat, you are talking to yourself. They tell you to have the design doc done in 2-3 days but they sit and feature creep you and take 24 hours to do another review. You have to hound them in the chat to get the reviewers to take another look.

Two week take home coding assignment. It could be a fun assignment but the process is not designed well. They require two rounds of PR feedback to move to the next step but the feedback can take up to two days to happen. Do this for each PR and you barely have time to actually implement the assignment. I’m not sure if I would say the interview process is worth it.
The interview project is waste of time. Spend your time wisely and ignore this one. They are not clear on how the project should be done. The instruction says keep it simple but what they want is a full detailed design doc.
