Headhunted by recruiter on LinkedIn and after first call, it took quite a long time before they scheduled my second interview. After agreed to the job, took quite a while before the official offer came in. They asked me to tender before I received confirmation on the buy out. The buy out was paid very last minute, after 5pm on my last day at previous company.
