It was an online process done through their internal software which was downloaded 10 min before the scheduled interview. The interview process was seamless however there was some issues here and there due to wifi connectivity issues making it hard to hear a few questions that were asked.

Very friendly and sincere. Wanted to get to know the interviewee as a person before moving on to the traditional questions. They answered questions asked by the interviewee very professionally.
