There is a one hour Codility test followed by a one hour interview, so two hours in total. There was no phone interview. The process is very relaxed and formal and the staff are friendly and nice. They are interested in algorithms and low level C++. The office is nice, but pay is very low and not competitive. They wouldn't refund my travel expenses either.
