1-Human Resources contact me about availability for interview.Before the interview or Job offer H.R requested to fill-up another form online .The form ask for Social Security number,DL,references contact number and salary history.The information is stored by a third party.
2-Interview process: First with the manager
Ask about experience and explain how the company works.
3-Interview with supervisor:Asked me to take a written test. Electronics Circuits Analyses.Ask me to identify(schematics) the circuit.

Pleasant, most of the time the questions were related to what I had done in the past. In general, the questions were fairly technical questions and technical experiences plus hand on stuffs.
