It was a quick process, i first received an email to program the interview, then i was interviewed via skype by the local manager and another manager in texas, it went really well so they said i would be getting a job offer in 2 weeks, just as they said i got my offer 2 weeks later

they asked about what i do in my current job and some made up scenarios to test my knowledge
It was not the most technical interview I've had, but it did a good job of relaying their emphasis on the customer and that they were looking for someone with my capabilities.
