I had a phone interview with the university recruiter, follow by another interview with the hiring manager. These two interviews were mainly behavioral and seeing who I was and why I was interested in the company/job. After the phone interview with the manager, I had 2 weeks before I got a day of in person interviews. I met with members of the team telling me who they are, what they do, about things on my resume and what I am looking for in this job and would be doing. Only the first interview day was regarding more technical questions and seeing how I think and work stuff through.
