It was a 3 round interview process. The first round was with an internal recruiter over the phone. Lasted about 45 minutes. Very relaxed and engaging. The second interview was at their office in downtown Orlando. Very nice, modern office space. Met with 3 managers before receiving a tour of the facility and having a brief meet and greet with other members of the company. The final interview was with the Director of Business Development. He gave me some sample exercises that simulated a typical workday. This entire process took about 4 weeks.

The process happened pretty quickly and smoothly. I talked to HR on a Thursday and interviewed the following morning. The interview lasted about 2 hours and was really just going over my experience, my career goals, and the company's expectations. I got a really good vibe from the management, and was offered a position that day. From there, we began the background process, and I was given a start date for the following week.
