Very quick process. A total of four interviews. No peer review, which was great. The appropriate questions were asked for role. The conversations of each interview flowed very well. I have no complaints of the process.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tekion (Charlotte, NC) en janv. 2021
Entretien
I've interviewed with this company 3 times. 2 times I applied, once the recruiter reached out. Each time, I'm just told I wasn't selected. Each time I've been interviewed, I've gotten a "we're just going with if it the match feels right". They really aren't hiring off of skill. I've worked with a lot of the employees at a previous company, and the director Ben Printy is really just hiring who he liked from another company we were all previously employed with. During the interview, Ben asked a question about program building that would normally be asked to an engineer or programmer, not a relationship manager or implementation specialist. So they are definitely not hiring based off of skill.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tekion (Salt Lake City, UT)
Entretien
I found the interview process Un professional, arrogant, and major communication breaks.
After waiting for 15 minutes on zoom and emailing the recruiter one person showed up, excusing his absence on a prior meeting. The other 2 that were supposed to be on the call were traveling.
The interviewer was short, and disinterested. Asked generic questions and didn’t bother to allow me to finish. Mentioned that they are looking for the best of the best and they have a high bar. However nothing in the interview process indicated that.
