Entretien
Tegrit had a great process overall.
Initially a brief overview of the company is provided and I was given an opportunity to ask questions. Then the hiring manager reviewed my application with me and discussed my experience and interest in the position.
The next step was to complete a cognitive assessment and predictive index screenings.
A follow up interview was then set up, with other Tegrit Business Analyst. This was a great opportunity for me to gain a greater understanding of the companies culture, and allowed the Tegrit BA's to ask questions and ensure adequate knowledge and understanding of the role.

Entretien
I applied online and got an initial interview with HR/Recruiter. This was followed by a longer session with four senior business analysts and a follow skills-based test. This was followed by an offer. Throughout, everyone I talked to was courteous, thoughtful, and responsive.
