Starting with the first interaction with the recruiter, I was very transparent about my current salary and salary expectations. I went through several interviews then they made me wait almost 2 weeks then asked to accept more duties in exchange for an extreme pay reduction. I was manipulated , insulted and would have a hard tme trusting the leadership.
