Worst interview experience ever. I don't know how a HR could interview me on my design skills and it showed. Apart from that, the HR was very unprofessional and rude. She kept showing that she has authority over me or something. I asked about work culture and growth for my role and she was ready to give a verdict that she is dicey about my candidature because of my Figma proficiency. The HR had no knowledge about design she knew few terms and jumped on the interview to assess me. And a designer would know Figma proficiency is not everything. She kept putting me down. And the worst part was she was yawning, big wide yawns mid-sentence felt very unprofessional and rude. I just wanna say to the managements if they're reading this a cook cannot jusitify their cooking skills to someone who has never cooked. And this HR is extremely unprofessional, she needs to be trained to speak to people. I dodged a bullet if she represents the whole company.

There were 4 set of interviews, the first couple would be with the HR and post that it would be with a UX Designer and then the Head of UX, the interview is little difficult but if you are well versed with your craft you won't have a problem with it.
