multiple interviews. submitted resume and then made follow up calls. eventually had a phone screening about details of the job and what they were looking for. during the interview with the manager we talked about the kind of jobs I worked on and what kind of projects the company handled. I also met with other members of the service team. later I came back for another interview with the hiring manager.
