I applied online and received an email from the CTO inquiring about availability for a call. I replied same day and received no reply. I followed up with the CTO one week later and never heard back. At that point, I assumed they had many qualified candidates and I'll move on, fair enough. Two months later, I get an email from a VP Finance asking to meet with CTO, VP Finance, and VP of Marketing. I declined the interview as there seemed to be disorganization red flags. I share this as not only feedback for the Tech Review but to share my experience, which seemed to align with the types of themes I had encountered in other Glassdoor reviews of MITTR.
