2 Round ( Tech and HR ) The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.

Basic questions were asked based on previous experience and the C.V. There were questions on lifting analysis, proficiency in connection design, structural analysis, design philosophies, etc. The C.V. was the question paper to determine how honest the C.V. was prepared.
