They ask you why you want to be a process Engineer, why would suit the role and some technical questions on process safety. I believe the main question was: “where do you see yourself on the next five years?”; to which I should have given a better answer, as they want to know if you will be in the company for the next five years at least

Entretien
1 st round phone call screening from HR and 2nd round on site with hiring manager and 2 other experienced engineers. They are very friendly, it was more conversational and it went really well.

the conversation with HR was more attitunal, while the one with the two engineers was more technical.
Each interview lasted about 1 hour.
