Via a recruiter. Told company denied last 3 people that where highly qualified and also it was for 15-20 dollars an hour. Had a interview scheduled and techemet employee showed up in jeans and I was in suit. Sat down for 30 mins tops prob more like 15 (this is what the other candidates went through as well) then got a tour of the facility. Asked basic questions and not sure why employer would give tour of facility if wasn't interested in candidate. ask if i was married/ had any kids and if i had a car which is ILLEGAL ..anyway... I was more then qualified and not only did i not receive an offer but was completely let out to dry. the other 5 candidates and I were not told if we had been denied or selected. They straight up never called. Very unprofessional. Don't interview candidates if you 1 don't have the work needed. and 2 give someone looking for a job some decency, they are doing something very important coming into your office being vulnerable.
