J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez TechValidate Software (Emeryville, CA) en juin 2016
Entretien
I met first with a co-founder, Brad. He had me design my own interview which I found unique. The next step was a 2 hour in person interview where I was interviewed by four employees (two at a time) including an SDR, Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales.

Got referred to TechValidate by Betts Recruiting. Felt my recruiter prepared me well.
First step is a phone interview with Evan, Director of Sales & Alliances. Fairly basic stuff and I felt we really hit it off, so was able to schedule the in-person interview at the end of the call.
Second step is the in-person interview at office in Emeryville. It was long and pretty exhausting, over three hours for me. Sam, Chris (both SDR managers) and Evan all interviewed me. Sam's interview went a bit long to start, then Chris's interview included a mock call. Evan at the end was probably the toughest, including him saying, "You seem hesitant about the position." During the process, it was almost they were gauging your interest in the position as much as your fit and qualifications for it. Evan also asked me for one professional reference at the end of the site interview.
The final step is the phone interview with Brad, the CEO. Always best to be over-prepared, but his questions were pretty straightforward and within 15 minutes he told me was going to recommend that I get an offer.

Question 1
The phone call begins with a role play. You are a SDR at TechValidate, and you need to pitch and close. Make sure you know that the product is focused on creating sales and marketing content via customer feedback rather than focusing on getting the particular company higher response rates from their customers.
