Short interview, no real technical skills measured, more of a behavioral and personality interview. Poorly managed company, no work life balance, manager spent more time shopping on Rodeo as opposed to doing any actual work. Fired multiple people because they wouldn't run her errands for her. Her sister, the CEO had no idea what was going on.

The interviewing process is not to rigorous you will be asked questions on your prior positions and how many positions you worked on and any given time.
