Tech Mahindra came to our college for the in-Campus recruitment drive and almost all of our students sat for the drive. the hiring process consisted of: 1. Aptitude Round 2. Picture perception 3. Technical Interview 4. HR interview Students were eliminated in each round and the whole hiring process was completed in 2 days. The difficulty level was average based on the questions asked and the panel was very friendly and interactive. It was a good experience.

it has 3 rounds…first 2 are telephonic rounds and for the third one you have to visit the office. They focus on your communication skills and also take mock calls to check how well you can handle the customer queries by providing a solution or an alternative
