The campus recruitment process was extremely confusing and poorly managed. Initially, we were told there would be 3 rounds, but 5 rounds were conducted. After clearing the technical and HR interviews, I received confirmation of selection. Surprisingly, after around 2 weeks, the company added two additional rounds (psychometric and coding along with communication), which I also cleared. Despite receiving confirmation emails, it has been over 10 months and I still haven’t received my offer letter. Communication is inconsistent, and the hiring process is indefinitely delayed.

The interview process was smooth overall. Professional approach back then (in 2021). Prompt reply. There was an English language test. Background check. Everything went smoothly. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the hiring process.
