I was ghosted after a 2-hour virtual panel interview -absolutely no follow-up or feedback. This confirmed everything I needed to know about the company's culture and lack of professionalism. I didn't view it as a waste of time because it taught me all the red flags to look out for when interviewing with a company. (Based on the reviews, I dodged a bullet). Below are the steps of the interview process: -Initial phone screen with a recruiter -Next was a Zoom interview with the VP of Customer Success -Then a 2-hour virtual panel interview with 7 members of the company
