A quick phone interview to detect interest. A talk with the human resource representative. A technical interview with a member of the development team where they asked relevant technical questions, not just fill-in-the-blanks. There was a chat with the development manager.
My interview experience was handled poorly. After having good communication and results in my first couple of interviews, I was ghosted after receiving news that the position was filled even though my recruiter had informed me of a new position to be interviewed for.

Entretien
Went through four rounds of interviews, all online since it was a remote role, the last of which was with the CEO. I don't think he liked my pointed business questions, because I didn't get an offer. I also had to reach out to them twice to followup, which is incredible given the amount of time I dedicated to their interview process. Also shocked to be treated this way given I was an employee referral. All other employees gave me a thumbs up and told me they thought I would be a good fit. As their application is old and business doesn't have much growth potential, I'm glad it didn't work out. Keep that in mind when considering this company.
