30 minute phone call, followed by a 15 minute (timed) online IQ test with 50 questions, and ~10 minute (untimed) personality test.
They have a "have a red/yellow/green type of evaluation system." If you don't make it into the "green" zone, you will not move forward on the interview.
After I took the initial IQ test I was told that I was on the "cusp of green", and was told to retake the IQ test again.
I took the test again and I was told that I did not qualify to move on to the next step in the interview process.
Glad I didn't qualify because this entire process soured my entire opinion of the company, and I probably wouldn't have accepted a position anyway.

I had an Initial phone screen with their recruiter who was incredibly professional and very caring. Logic test online and after I passed they set up a Microsoft Teams meeting that was supposed to be with 2 people from the development team but only one showed up. (They made their decision based on one person from their team that spoke with me in such a professional way) Asked me about my resume and some very basic questions...got an email from the recruiter that they decided not to move forward. Seems like the development team runs by some hillbilly people.

Started off with a 20-30 minute overview and introductory call with a recruiter. This set the expectations for the remainder of the interview process. The next phase was two assessments, the first of which was a personality profile. The second was a timed CCAT assessment, consisting of logic and spatial reasoning questions, similar to an IQ test. This was challenging but doable. After this was the actual interview phase, starting with two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with engineers on the team. These focused mainly on technical skills and giving an overview of the product and tech stack. Very conversational and not overly "quizzy." Finally, was an interview with the engineering director which was in a very similar vein and touched on the team and company structures/processes. Overall, the recruitment process was very pleasant and professional. I always knew the next step and the process moved a long quickly and smoothly.
