First was contacted by HR to answer a few technical questions and after that I scheduled a face-to-face a week later. We just talked about projects I had listed in my resume and the technologies I used in them. After reviewing my resume I had to solve two simple Java programs in Eclipse. The guy I interviewed with seemed very disinterested in what I had to say, he was continuously looking down at his phone and laptop while I was speaking. Hopefully you don't have the same experience I had, and the interviewer actually shows interest in ya.

20 minute phone screen asking basic questions to get to know you as well a number of technical questions. Just try your best to answer the technical questions and let them know if you don't know the answer to it.
