It was over the phone and supervisor was real nice. I was asked what I did in my past jobs. When I got there she was on the computer,getting the work ready for the pressers,I told her that I had experience with plotting.When she heard that she showed me their system and I was then led to the pressers,but I liked the plotting job better so they let me do that.
