3 rounds face to face Interview which was really good and interactive .Finally I was very glad to hear my feedback from the HR manager that I have been shortlisted however after which I tried reaching the concern recruiter several times through an email and calls but no luck.They didn't bother to reply me back. This a basic difference between a startup and MNC's and I believe there must be some ethics which every company should adhere to .Hope you guys will try to improve it.
