I applied via my college's career website and received an interview invitation in a few weeks. It included two rounds of interviews, both of which were conducted on phone. The first round included basic questions like walk me through your resume, how you might fit, etc. The interviewer was very helpful when I asked questions about their business. After a few days, I was asked to schedule a second round interview with a Managing Partner. Both of us felt that the position was not what I pursued and apparently I didn't get an offer.
