You send them your resume and wait to be shortlisted. A total of 2 people will interview you,
including your direct supervisory.
They may ask you to demonstrate your Excel skills. Make sure you can do the basic excel such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.
They are mainly looking for a good personality & how you can be a good team player.
3+ rounds of online interviews. Takes about a month. One assignment with about 2 hrs time needed. Hard and soft skills evaluation, as well as general fit assessment. Nice and relaxed conversations with employees.

Applied online and got a phone interview with HR a few days afterwards. Phone interview went well and I was asked to schedule an onsite interview, where I spoke with two different interviewers separately. Onsite interview lasted for about an hour. I was emailed a simple project to work on shortly afterwards that took around an hour.
