Interview was two parts, first part was a personality check and second was a personality / technical. For the first part it was easy. Just answering some questions. The technical part was answering high level questions about laravel and a question about MySQL. It seems that they're looking for someone who wants to work solo and make decisions alone rather than someone who wants to work on a team and make decisions as a team. Everyone I met was nice though!
