Virtual, you had to give a lesson plan and case proposal, and then they did a personal interview for about an hour. You had to give your case study on racial discipline disparities and how you personally think that you can help solve that problem.

When was a time you had a disagreement while working with somebody else on a project?
The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.
