The phone interview seemed daunting because you have to impress your interviewer when they don't even get to look at you face to face. The interview started off fine. My interviewer went right into the questions. She asked me why I desired to be a member, what my hardest classes were, what I do in face of conflict, and how I schedule my time.

The interview was very different from most interviews but I was definitely well-prepared with the resources that TFA had offered in preparation. My interviewer was very nice and it often felt like a conversation between us about whatever question was asked which was nice.
