The process was very professional and efficient. It was lengthy in terms of the different stages required (3 phone interviews with team members, 1 sample assignment, and one day of 3 in person interviews) but it moved quickly. I submitted my resume online and heard from them that day- very rare in the online job application market. Interviewers were all very friendly and honest, showing great interest in describing their own experiences as well as hearing about mine. I got a very strong impression that it'd be a challenging, yet supportive environment to work in.
