The original application is an online application. I was then selected for a phone interview, but other people can be selected to go straight to the in-person interview. After I was selected for the in-person interview, there was a day-long event including a sample teaching lesson, a one-on-one interview, and a paper-and-pencil test.

You are presented with a problem (most likely budgetary) and you have to convince your principal to allow the program.
The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.

easy and fun, lots of help through the process. Very helpful and kind, lots of responsiveness. everyone has a clear vision of the mission, and wants to achieve it. Loved it.
