Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teach for America en nov. 2011
Entretien
After filling out an application, I received a phone interview. The phone interview was less than an hour long and consisted of questions about leadership - things like "what was the last time you heard criticism that was difficult to hear" and "what was the most challenging aspect of job X." Occasionally redirected the question - definitely looking to hear particular phrasing or particular ideas in your answers. My interviewer had some other stuff going on in the background, which was distracting but not problematic.
Unrelated to the interview, I realized that I didn't actually want to join TFA and did not fill out the online activity to proceed to the next stage.

Entretien
The interview was very different from most interviews but I was definitely well-prepared with the resources that TFA had offered in preparation. My interviewer was very nice and it often felt like a conversation between us about whatever question was asked which was nice.

The interview started with a mock lesson and case study, followed by questions about me and my interest in the position. I prepared slides to present to the interviewer and shared my screen.

You had to complete a demo in front of other candidates as well as recruiters. The demo itself was short and you had flexibility in what you “taught” for your lesson.
