J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teach for America (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
My interview was a full-day commitment that involved teaching a sample lesson, having a group discussion, and ended with a 1-on-1. This was with a group of 10-15 people, so part of the end of the day was spent waiting to have the 1-on-1. You were absolutely expected to show up on time and be prepared, and you only had about 5 minutes to "teach" your sample lesson, which meant picking an extremely simple task and breaking it down into extremely simple steps. I made sure I knew what my objective was and stuck to it!

The interview was very different from most interviews but I was definitely well-prepared with the resources that TFA had offered in preparation. My interviewer was very nice and it often felt like a conversation between us about whatever question was asked which was nice.

The interview started with a mock lesson and case study, followed by questions about me and my interest in the position. I prepared slides to present to the interviewer and shared my screen.

You had to complete a demo in front of other candidates as well as recruiters. The demo itself was short and you had flexibility in what you “taught” for your lesson.
