1st Stage is the Phone Screening, 2nd Stage is the Technical Assessment, 3rd Stage is the English Assessment, 4th Stage is the Interview Stage.
Once successful you are moved ro the Offer Stage.

The first stage of the interview is usually physical, and you are expected to come with several means of identification the do an assessment, more like technical and IELT assessment.

Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.
