Quite easy. 3 part process of assessments. Did this in 2018. Got the job. Computer test, group work and interview. Test was Linux, Windows and Customer Support. The interview itself was quite straightforward and easy

Tek-exparts is a great place to work at, the interview phase isn't that difficult as I thought, once you pass the accessment then the interview is quite simple to deal with because they're just going to ask familiar questions.
