- Apply Online
- If you pass CV screening stage, you get a phone call from your recruiter asking you introductory and behavioral questions
- If successful, you are invited for an assessment (English and Technical)
- If successful you are invited for a final round technical and behavioral interview

Recruiter Call:
- What do you know about Tek Experts and what they do?
- Tell me about yourself
- How would you respond to an irate customer?
- How do you feel about working in collaborative teams?
Final Interview:
- Tell me about yourself
- Talk about your leadership experience
- How would you relate with colleagues that did not graduate on the same academic level as you did?
- If a customer calls in with an issue about connecting to their network printer, how would you respond and resolve the issue?
It was stressful but worth it. So many rigorous processes but it was worth it at the end. A three staged interview process. We had English test, few numerical test and analytical test.

After application, you will receive a call from the Hr, then an onsite assessments would be scheduled. The assessments consists of English and Technical questions. After the assessments come the interview
