1. Application Stage – Send CV + initial screening with HR.
2. Interview at the office:
First round english test - aced this. They tried to include some really hard grammatical problems to throw you off
Second round - foreign language test: it was a dictation test. I did some preparation for verbal test. Didn't expect it to be a dictation test. Computer keyboard did not support the language.
Did not do well
Third round: interview in english with the team leader - a senior woman who has been there a long time. Typical behaviour questions.
Thought I did well.
Ghosted by HR.

Good interview process, everything was clear enough, although schedules spoken changed once I was in the site. Salary transparency, effective interviewers, Attention was vital and I was mainly hooked because of that.
