My experience was OK. The process was typical, three rounds, first with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then panel for a few hours. I did not feel like the panelists were engaging with me, one member would not make eye contact with me throughout the entire hour. There was no one I really related with, most of the folks were part of the company for 10+ years. Also when asked about DEI efforts, they said they were trying to do better, but then hired the typical individual for this company. I think this company has a ways to go to stay competitive in this candidate market.
