Interview process was quite good for the first 2 rounds (Initial screening , deep understanding ) and then the managerial discussion .. in first two rounds mostly about concepts and how can it be used in certain scenarios and concepts that can be applied which are not out of box .
the Main managerial Round was the worst one . how can any one judge a candidate with just 3 questions .. the scenarios asked by the manager may/may not be encountered by the candidate … you might have googled it and took almost a weeks time to implement the solution and how can you expect the same solution in 10 min of given interview time . although given alternative solutions and said him I did not face this scenario and need to do some R&D he was not satisfied ..
feeling happy that I did not get a chance work under such guy

Entretien
Total 3 technical rounds, 2 face to face rounds, 3rd is online coding round in Glider. My first 2 rounds are good, 3 round went well, in 3rd round interviewed by some architect, asked stupid questions and I answered all, some how his ego and he might have felt insecure. I was not offered.
