I received a call through consultancy. There are total 4 rounds of interview(2 technical, 1 managerial+technical, Hr). The process took almost 3 weeks and I cleared all rounds of interview. After clearing all rounds I couldn't hear back anything from company HR. When I called HR he told me that position is on hold. I don't know how come just after managerial round position goes on hold. He told me to wait for 2 weeks and again told me same thing that feedback is positive and I have cleared all rounds. Then, thereafter I didn't receive anything from HR. Cons : Worst HR, don't even take efforts to inform interview schedule on time. Pros: Nothing. Suggestion: Stop wasting people time when you don't have clarity about positions. Contact candidates only when you genuinely want to recruit talent.
