I was referred for interview, got mail from HR. It was like drive, almost 60+ people for testing (mobile, selenium, manual). It was scheduled @11.30 am and 2nd round ended @4 pm. Hiring team had arranged for sandwich, juice, coffee etc.. and guided well.

1 round questions: Quick introduction, roles and responsibilities , v model,defect life cycle, regression vs retest, sanity vs smoke, test plan contents, RTM, Handover documents, 10th max salary SQL query, load vs stress,
Round 2:This guy had pathetic English. Looked like they already selected candidates and this guy was just for time pass. His gesture was exactly like a truck driver.
as I entered in room, without speaking anything he just waved to sit on chair. After looking into my resume for about 2-3 minutes. He asked: Q1. Do u know database/ETL testing? which no where mention in my resume.Q 2. Why you want to change your job?
Asked this question twice. "u r coming from CMMI level 5 company, (he spoke sarcastically) tell me Q3. CMMI level company process? Q4. Why u want to change your job?
Q5) why framework is done? Q5) Do u have any question for me?

L1 was focusing more on core Java and Springboot and Microservices design Patterns
L2 was face to face with Architect questions mainly on core Java , streams and also one DSA and all were in writing in paper and explanation .
L3 HR and manager discussion within 15 minutes All these happened within 2 days.
